Choosing the right database requires understanding theneeds of the business as well as the hardware and software that works bestwith each database engine. Other staff members who will be working with theapplications that use the Oracle database will require additional training. Because Oracle is highly flexible and complex, companies that areimplementing an Oracle database system need to consider the types ofdatabase professionals they will need to administer the system.
